1.Lifting Electromagnet Series LM16/LM24/LM36. for handling steel bank rolls.

2. This series of products developed by our company according to the need of the domestic market in the 1990s, are hi-tech products with the state patent right for invention. They are mainly used in lifting different kinds of cold-rolled and hot-rolled boards for a factory. The products are divided into three kinds of structure patterns, Such as vertical lifting electromagnet, horizontal lifting electromagnet and vertical horizontal lifting electromagnet.

The electromagnet is divided into normal temperature and high temperature types, high-temperature electromagnet can work steadily when steel rolls surface temperature≤650 degrees Centigrade, for lifting vertical and horizontal steel rolls. While adopting this kind of electromagnet to lifting the steel rolls it will not influence the adjoining steel rolls and equipment. It also can avoid to damage the objects to improve the working efficiency notably.

4. Vertical lifting electromagnet can absorb vertical steel rolls terminal surface. While the vertical steel rolls terminal surface it uneven with the height difference ≤80 mm, the electromagnet adopts the movable magnetic pole structure, activity magnetic pole can well keep in touch with the vertical steel rolls terminal surface to guarantee the ability of transporting.

5. Horizontal lifting electromagnet can attract the arc side of the steel rolls. It can pile the steel rolls together closely, and improve the utilization ratio of the yard.

6. Vertical/horizontal lifting electromagnet can lift both vertical/horizontal steel rolls. The magnetic pole structure can not only adapt to vertical steel rolls terminal surface but also adapt to the arc side of the horizontal steel roll to guarantee the security of transporting.
